Edwards Beach Villa (inspiration photos)
This design is intended to provide comfort, fun, and luxury for the Edwards family who vacations often. Mary is a 40-year-old writer who lives with her husband and 13-year-old daughter. They live only 2 hours from their beach villa. They take mini vacations often. They want a space to relax and enjoy quality time and entertain guests occasionally. Mary will also use this space for writing.
Row House (Inspiration photos)
The design for this home will be a contemporary traditional style. The concept is to have a cozy and comfortable feeling to bring the family all together. There will be definitive separation of each room but still designed to allow a connection throughout the house. Dark woods and a light green and bronze color palette will help to bring a natural look inside and emphasize the calm and cozy feeling.
Mundelein Advertising Office Space
Mundelein Advertising has obtained a new space for their growing firm. The space will house 14 employees and clients will visit the office regularly.
